Marvellous and incredible location, it was next to beautiful park nearby Nizami street, the airport, and central square. I had coffee at W-Coffee, located within 10 minutes walk.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and gave a warm and cozy feeling. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, especially for seniors. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with ramps and elevators, making it simple for us older folks to move around comfortably.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra attention and assistance would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Luxury and chic hotel located so close to beautiful park nearby Nizami street and supermarket Bravo as well as the airport for more than 6 hours. Courteous, accommodating people working here. The rooms with cosy decorations. A huge variety of food in the venue, in-house restaurant.

The hotel was chic and fairly clean, had beautiful views of the Winter park. The location was unbeatable and nice, near to a 24 hour grocery store, and taxi. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The rooms were practical and great-sized with smoke detectors for our safety.
Facilities were great, but Wi-Fi was very poor.
